• Gamer Plan: Mid-size servers, 4GB RAM, 25 player slots, DDoS protection, 99% uptime, instant setup

• Titan Plan: Large servers, 8GB RAM, 50+ player slots, DDoS protection, 99% uptime, priority support

All plans are billed monthly. Users may upgrade at any time via the dashboard. Refunds are issued according to our refund policy.

4. Uptime and DDoS Protection

NovaNode provides a 99% uptime guarantee and includes DDoS protection on all servers. Minor service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a NovaNode user, you agree to:

• Use our services responsibly and comply with Minecraft community standards.

• Refrain from illegal activity, harassment, or disruption of other players’ experiences.

• Maintain the security of your account and server content.

• Be responsible for backups of your worlds, plugins, and mods.

NovaNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payments and Billing

• All subscriptions are billed monthly.

• Refunds are handled according to our NovaNode refund policy.

• Upgrades can be made at any time from the user dashboard.

7. Content Liability

NovaNode is not responsible for content hosted on your server or uploaded by users.

• Users are responsible for all server content, plugins, and mods.

• NovaNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from server usage.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaNode excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the website and hosting services.
